The place is beautiful and ideal and has favourable location in a very nice area. It has superfriendly, very very nice staff.

The staff is being super-friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable.

We would still consider staying here again, nothing too much trouble.

The rooms are nice and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and good lighting. the bathrooms are spacious, clean, and have all the necessary amenities.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more affordable options.

We didn't have time, but we would stay again and again. The hotel had a perfect and great position, in a very nice area. Also, it was 2 miles from Freedom Ridge.

We had a delightful stay in this hotel. The best aspects were its impeccable cleanliness, convenient parking, delightful staff, and centralized location. We were particularly impressed with how spotless this hotel was, which definitely added to our wonderful experience. Additionally, the parking spaces were ample and easy to navigate. The staff was extremely accommodating and made our stay truly pleasant. Finally, this hotel's location allowed us to conveniently access all the fun things this city has to offer.

King room had a comfortable bed. The hotel had a particularly good location in a very nice area. Stopped by Millie D's to get some coffee and treats, it's easy walk to the venue, recommend...

The hotel was very pristine and tidy which made my stay even more delightful. I loved the strategic location of the property with ease of access to key attractions within the city. The staff members were very approachable and nice which made me feel at ease. The beds were super comfortable and made my sleep a truly restful one.

I had a few setbacks while staying at the hotel which reduced my satisfaction level. The TV in the room didn't work even after asking the manager for help and the breakfast had a limited range of food choices with high prices.

We spent our Christmas at a hotel in Jackson and had a great time. The hotel was very clean and modern, with friendly staff. There were plenty of amenities offered, including a gym and a pool, both of which we enjoyed using. One thing we really appreciated was the proximity to the shopping and dining in the area, which made it easy to take care of last-minute Christmas preparations.

There were a couple of drawbacks. Unfortunately, the TV in our room did not work and the manager was unable to fix it or offer an alternative solution.
